About this tool
Build a streak you can actually see. This generator turns your list of habits — one per line — into a printable habit-tracker PDF: habits down the side, every day of the chosen month across the top, a tick box for each day, and weekends lightly shaded. Stick it on the fridge or in your planner and check off each day by hand. The PDF is created locally in your browser with nothing uploaded and no account, it is free, and the grid is drawn at exact millimetre dimensions for clean printing.
Frequently asked questions
How many habits should I track at once?
Fewer than you think — one to five is the sweet spot. A page crowded with fifteen rows usually gets abandoned within a week, while a short list you can finish on a bad day keeps the streak alive. Start with one or two keystone habits, make each one small and specific ("10 push-ups", not "get fit"), and add another next month once ticking the box feels automatic. A mostly-full grid motivates; a mostly-empty one discourages.
How should I print it so the boxes come out right?
Print at 100% scale or "Actual size" and turn off "Fit to page" — the grid is drawn at exact millimetre dimensions, and scaling would shrink the tick boxes until they are awkward to check off with a pen. One page covers one month, so print a fresh sheet each month; months with 28, 30 or 31 days each get exactly the right number of columns, with weekends pre-shaded so rest days are easy to spot.
Is my habit list uploaded anywhere?
No. The tracker is generated entirely in your browser with pdf-lib, so what you choose to track — exercise, medication, quitting smoking — never leaves your device and is never stored on a server. No account is needed and it is free. One current limitation: the built-in PDF font supports Latin characters only, so write habit names in English or another Latin-script language; the page interface itself is fully localized.
