About this tool
This PDF rotator turns pages that were scanned or saved sideways back to the right orientation, in your browser. Load a PDF and rotate every page — or just a chosen range — by 90, 180 or 270 degrees, then download the corrected file. It is the quick fix for upside-down scans and mixed-orientation documents. Nothing is uploaded: the rotation is applied locally, so your file never leaves your device.
Frequently asked questions
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Apply the rotation to the whole document, or give a page range so only those pages turn. That is handy when a document is mostly upright but has a few landscape pages, such as a wide table or chart that was scanned sideways.
Which way do the angles turn?
90 degrees turns the page a quarter-turn clockwise, 270 degrees a quarter-turn counter-clockwise, and 180 degrees flips it upside down. The rotation adds to any rotation the page already has, so previewing and picking the smallest correction usually gets it upright fastest.
Is my file uploaded to rotate it?
No. The page orientation is changed by code running in your browser, so the PDF is processed entirely on your device and never sent to a server. Text and images are preserved exactly — only the display rotation of each page changes.
