On browser tests like this one, most adults average roughly 250-270 ms, so anything under 250 ms is quick and under 220 ms is genuinely fast. Trained esports players sometimes approach 170-190 ms. Keep in mind the number includes your hardware: laboratory equipment measures pure human reaction closer to 160-190 ms, while a browser test adds display and input latency on top. The fairest comparison is against your own past results on the same setup.

What affects my reaction time?

Biology first: reaction time slows gradually with age, and fatigue, alcohol and low alertness all add milliseconds, while caffeine and a good night's sleep trim them. Hardware matters just as much in a browser test — a 60 Hz monitor, TV-style image processing, a slow mouse and a busy CPU can together add several tens of milliseconds.
